A few things worth knowing before you book a walk-through.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives with the cleaning products, tools and equipment the job needs. If your space calls for particular products, or you would rather we use your own, tell us at the walk-through and we will write it into your plan.
Can you clean after hours or at weekends?
Yes, by arrangement. Early mornings, evenings and weekends can all be scheduled, so the cleaning never gets in the way of your day. Tell us when your space is quiet and we will plan around it.
How do you price a job?
Every space is different, so we do not quote blind. We do a free walk-through, then give you a clear written quote based on the size of the space, what needs doing and how often you would like us to come. There is no obligation to go ahead.
What if something is missed?
Tell us. Call or WhatsApp +234 904 081 1455 and we will come back and put it right. The checklist we leave after each visit makes it easy to see what was done, and to point out anything that was not.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the size of the job and our schedule at the time. Once you are happy with the quote, we agree a start date that suits you. If it is urgent, call or WhatsApp us and we will tell you honestly how quickly we can be there.
